Our Services

Greywater Treatment

Greywater, comprising household waste excluding sewage and kitchen water, makes up 40% of total wastewater. Committed to water conservation, we advocate recycling this valuable resource instead of letting it go to waste.

Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant

Industrial waste treatment also called Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), requires a detailed analysis of wastewater quality, behavior over time, pilot testing, and precise design to achieve optimal results—an area where we excel with extensive experience in converting industrial waste into non-hazardous or disposable standards.

Leachate Wastewater Treatment

City household waste dumped in landfill areas produces a toxic liquid called leachate, a mixture of organic degradation products, liquid waste, and rainwater, characterized by high organic carbon, nitrogen, acidity, and both dissolved and suspended materials, which can contaminate groundwater and harm industrial and agricultural activities; contact us for a detailed technical presentation on leachate wastewater treatment.

Sewage Treatment Plant

We specialize in the design and installation of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), utilizing advanced technologies to create optimal designs that balance water quality, client budgets, and ease of maintenance; our STPs employ physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove contaminants and produce environmentally safe treated wastewater.

Vacuum Evaporation Technology

Vacuum evaporation is a process that reduces liquid evaporation temperature by lowering chamber pressure below the liquid’s vapor pressure, effectively minimizing waste liquid volume while recovering valuable materials, a technology in which GSH has extensive expertise.

Vehicle Wash Recycling System

Conserving water is crucial as clean water becomes scarcer and more expensive, but with our advanced car wash recycling system, clients save money by reducing water consumption and sewer discharge costs, while enjoying a chemical-free, low-maintenance solution based on our three-stage biological wastewater treatment technology.

Reverse Osmosis

Green Solutions Holdings provides a wide range of customizable R.O. systems for all water types, including tap, brackish, and seawater, while maintaining a stock of essential components like membranes, pressure vessels, and dosing systems.

Multimedia Filter

We provide high-quality multimedia filters equipped with premium vessels, control valves, and graded sand, anthracite, and gravel layers, designed to efficiently remove turbidity and suspended solids down to 5-15 microns, featuring an automatic backwashing system for easy maintenance and suitability for industrial and residential water treatment.

Carbon Filter

We provide a comprehensive range of activated carbon filters, customizable to customer needs, designed to remove chlorine, organics, color, tannins, objectionable tastes, odors, and dissolved organic chemicals from municipal and industrial water supplies, delivering clean, fresh water with no unpleasant taste or odor, while also serving as effective pre-treatment or standalone solutions for specific impurity removal.

Softener

Softeners work to convert hard water into soft water using softening resin; over time, the resin becomes exhausted and is regenerated with a brine solution made from the salt in the brine tank. Metered or demand water softeners regenerate based on the volume of water that flows through the unit, ensuring regeneration happens only when needed, thus conserving water and preventing unnecessary cycles until the resin is nearly full.

Demineralizer

We specialize in providing a comprehensive range of demineralization (DM) plants customized to meet specific customer needs, effectively de-ionizing water by removing mineral ions to produce distilled water-like quality, preventing scale buildup by eliminating calcium and magnesium salts, and maintaining low total dissolved solids (TDS) levels, with Mixed Bed DM Plants designed to achieve conductivity levels below 0.5 micro Siemens/cm.

Ultraviolet System

Ultraviolet water purification is the most effective method for disinfecting water, as UV rays penetrate harmful pathogens and destroy illness-causing microorganisms by targeting their genetic core (DNA), effectively eliminating their ability to reproduce and rendering them harmless, while UV water purification systems can eliminate 99.99% of harmful viruses and bacteria, such as E. coli.

Ozone

Ozone is a colorless gas with a scent reminiscent of fresh air after a thunderstorm, and it is widely utilized for drinking water treatment due to its exceptional disinfection and oxidation properties; it is more effective than chlorination against bacteria and viruses and is the second most powerful sterilant globally, capable of eliminating bacteria, viruses, and odors

Chilled Water System Flushing

The chilled water system requires thorough cleaning and flushing prior to operation to eliminate debris and metallic particles accumulated during installation, which is crucial for optimizing performance and extending equipment lifespan; neglecting this essential process poses a considerable risk of damage and energy loss.

Odor and Gas Control

Odors in wastewater treatment facilities can arise from various compounds, including amines (fishy smell), ammonia (ammoniac smell), diamines (decayed flesh smell), hydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs smell), and organic sulfides (rotten cabbage smell). To control these odors, activated carbon is utilized to adsorb the odorous compounds; as odorous air flows through a bed of activated carbon, the adsorptive process occurs, releasing clean air into the atmosphere.

Oil Interceptor

We design, install, and operate hydrocarbon separation units that effectively prevent oil spills and manage stormwater, capable of handling large, sudden spills while covering extensive surface areas during heavy rainfall, and our units include high oil, high silt, and high water level sensors, along with a display unit that features alarm indications.

PH Neutralizer

An Automatic pH Neutralizer efficiently neutralizes acidic or alkaline chemicals before disposal, while a Manual pH Neutralizer normalizes the pH of acidic laboratory wastewater using an underground tank filled with neutralizing media, both designed for high efficiency and cost-effectiveness to ensure safe discharge and protect the environment.

Oil Water Separator

An oil skimmer is a device that removes floating oil from liquid surfaces, commonly used in oil spill response and oily water treatment. At GSH, we leverage advanced technologies and our team’s expertise to offer customized, effective, and economical solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Mist Evaporation

RO reject water treatment poses challenges due to high salinity, environmental concerns, and costs. Efficiency of evaporation on ponds depend on location, layout, construction, nozzles, pressure, and temperature, with favorable climate conditions enhancing evaporation rates. Mist evaporation offers an economical, eco-friendly solution by continuously re-spraying water until most evaporates.

Chillers

Chilled water systems often use cooling towers and require proper chemical treatment to prevent corrosion, scale, and biological growth, extending equipment life. Chemical compositions like sodium nitrite and molybdate prevent damage by forming protective layers, maintaining pH levels, and removing corrosive oxygen. Dosing pumps apply chemicals at set intervals.
